Forest gump?

Billions of dollars are sent to the State of California for Forrest fires that, with proper Forrest Management, would never happen. Unless they get their act together, which is unlikely, I have ordered FEMA to send no more money. It is a disgraceful situation in lives & money!

See, there was never any money allocated for "forrest fires" to begin with because at least Congress can spell. So when somebody finally came to work in the White House and checked his spelling, they changed it to "forest fires" so that Trump could freeze the money and allow the forests to burn down. That'll teach 'em.

A very large percentage of California's forests are owned by the Federal government and managed either by BLM, the Forest Service, or the National Park Service. All of which are supposedly directed by the President.

The recent big fire that burned out Paradise started on Federally-owned land.

Trump always blames others for his own failures.
