Why in hell would anyone want to treat their food that way?
I guess the processed food industry has won.
I like to eat the peelings on fruits and vegetables. They are tasty, and there's a lot of nutritional value in them.
new potatoes are tender and sweet / they dont deserve to be beat up like that
must be a show off kind of thing to do
i simmer my new potatoes until done / the skins slip off if you want or you can keep them for extra fiber and nutrition / in potatoes, i understand that most of the nutrition is in and/or near the skins
