Barry Eisler, writer and former CIA employee, thought of that one in his first John-Rain-Novel "A Clean Kill in Tokyo". Maybe Dick Cheney was afraid to die from "friendly fire" ...

When he was younger, he was scared bullets might kill him so he got 5 deferments to keep the Vietnam war at bay.

What a jerk! Why would a "terrorist" want to hurt him? He's done more harm to this country and to the world at large than any terrorist or group of terrorists could have imagined.
