Seriously. Doesn’t the Supreme Court of the United States of America have anything better than this to do?
WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Monday ordered a federal appeals court to re-examine its ruling in favor of CBS Corp. in a legal fight over entertainer Janet Jackson's wardrobe malfunction.The high court on Monday directed the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia to consider reinstating the $550,000 fine that the Federal Communications Commission imposed on CBS over Jackson's breast-baring performance at the 2004 Super Bowl.
Even back when Eisenhower was president this wasn't considered breast-baring. Janet's wearing a pastie, for God sake. That's what they used to call them, and it was unshocking enough to keep Tempest Storm and the other burlesque queens of the day out of jail.

I must say I missed it the first go round but you are the first person who's pointed out this little fact by posting a picture that the news reports were in fact baseless and lies. There never was a bare breast, at least at the Superbowl.
I also appreciate the fine flowers photos you put up but it's nice to see some natural diversity in this post. Keep up the good work.
