If “just following orders” is now in force, should the courts-martial of Lynndie England, Ivan Frederick, Charles Graner, Javal Davis, Megan Ambuhl, Sabrina Harman, Jeremy Sivits not be reconsidered?

Not under the real code of international law: the more closely a lawbreaker resembles you — socially, racially, economically, politically, professionally and so on — the more excusable the crime.
Same re national internal law; at least in the USA.
