Sounds like Barney Frank saying the Republican idea of society's responsibility to the individual begins at conception and ends at birth. I remember hearing that line in the '80s. When was Carlin's?

They don't care about the men and women who actually serve in the armed forces, either, but they have a yellow ribbon sticker to "Support the Troops."
