More Than Twenty, I Think

Though some speakers at the Democratic convention have had their speeches edited by the Obama campaign to the point that the original was scrapped, Kucinich’s speech lost only one sentence: “They’re asking for another four years — in a just world, they’d get 10 to 20.”

It's been a good convention for zingers so far. First Rachel Madow on MSNBC with "post-rational" and now this. Incidentally the few folks outside the convention hall who managed to listen to Kucinich (instead of the pundobabble) probably agree with me that it was the most effective speech to date.If only he were six inches taller he'd be the candidate. Except he wouldn't. The corporations and the moneylenders would bury him with their donations to other candidates.

To squelch Dennis that way? The best line of the convention? Obama is too much of a control freak!

Don't know if this has been posted elsewhere, but all of the speeches from every night are transcribed at:
http://www.demconvention.com/speeches/

some of them are viewable as well, but I have delved into the site that far.
