Not only are the guilty parties the ones you named, bu so are the directors, CEO's and executives, and and possibily as a group, the stockholders of the corporations that host the cretins that stir up such hatred. The worst hate monger in America is Rupert Murdock (putting aside the Republican party and its current leader for the moment). You may add murder to Rupert's other bad qualities.
