it wasn't that long ago that they found them in northwest washington d.c. I would guess that with the waves of base closings in the 80s and 90s that this is just going to be a large problem.

But didn't anyone notice when they were building the houses? A lot of digging would have to be done, even if these are slab houses with no basements.
