My favorite part was where Libby's defense lawyer argued that his memory was bad. The job he had, and virtually all the other jobs he has had, depend almost entirely on having a superb memory. I would be amazed if his memory were not photographic, or very nearly so. The entire life of a chief of staff is to remember things and then to see that they are not done, or done, or leaked, or whatever. Without a memory like a blotter, Libby wouldn't have lasted a week in the kinds of jobs he's had all his life.
