Normal? You wound me deeply, Bendra. What's abnormal about frogs, dead birds, snakes, and turtles? All are God's creatures, and I have been given dominium over them all equally.

Neither Steve nor I seemed to have dominion over stingrays. One pierced my heel back in 1955 and hit a vein or artery — whichever one causes blood to shoot out in spurts. Fortunately I was in shallow water and was able to find a pressure point once I got back to shore. Irwin had amazingly bad luck — the odds of getting hit in the heart must be one in a million.

Tough, Jerry. I'm a dedicated cat person. I have nothing against the rest of God's creatures; only strong preferences.

Besides, Rascal Kitty behaves like them all at one time or another.
