It's the sociopaths who live long lives free of self-reproach. Strom Thurmond, Leni Riefenstahl, the artificial whipped cream guy...

I don't know about Strom Thurmond, but in Leni Riefenstahl's case I think she was no sociopath but a very religious person. National Socialism was her religion, and Adolf Hitler was her god.
On the other hand, if religious fanatism really is a function of frontal lobe epilepsy, who cares about the difference.
