Hah! He looks like a great uncle to the kitten I adopted from the SPCA this weekend but without the good nature that little Rascal seems to have. She's wearing her Elizabethan collar without complaint, and checking out every square inch of her new home.

Well, actually, she's a lady cat. We are the adoptees. She had such a bad attitude that several owners had all they could take and thus she happily entered our home — bad attitude cats are welcome here.

Apparently her claws were quite a problem, a previous owner had her declawed. No wonder she looks pissed off.

At least she's finally learned not to jump up on the dinner table and steal the food off her human co-habitant's plates while we are eating (but we don't turn our backs).

Oh, what a sweet cat! She has the same coloring as one of mine who died a few years ago--I believe it is called a "diluted calico"--so there was a little shock and nostalgia when I saw that sweet face.
